Qualifying for your new home…
In order to qualify for the down payment assistance of $25,000, you must meet the following requirements…
- Be a first time homebuyer or have not owned a home in the past 3 years.
- Have an acceptable credit score of 620
- Buyers to contribute up to $500 (gift money acceptable)
- Have adequate income and job stability for loan approval
- Have income that is within the acceptable income limits of the program
- Must complete the homebuyer education class
If you do not qualify for the down payment, you can still purchase a home with other available programs.
We also require you to fill out a mini application.
With use of our preferred lenders (listed below), you will receive an appliance package including refrigerator, and microwave (other appliances already included with purchase of home).
